CustomerLabs provides URL Management, Referral Exclusion, and Default Website Triggers in this section.
- URL Management allows you to add multiple website domains for tracking events.
- Referral Exclusion helps you to exclude unnecessary URLs that misattribute the referral source.
- Default Website Triggers is available
Steps to add domains and exclude referral domains
- Login to your CustomerLabs account.
- Click on the Account dropdown, and click URL Management.
- URL Management screen displays as given below.
URL Management
- Click on Add New URL to add other domains of your website to track events.
(Note: The URLs explicitly added will be considered authorized URLs to track events. Event tracking will be disabled for the URLs not explicitly listed here.)
Referral Exclusion
4. Add domains such as payment gateways that misattribute the referral source.
(Note: Domains not added here will still misattribute the referral source.)
Default Website Triggers
