Source Snapshot – Monitor the events received from sources
The Sources Snapshot provides a detailed summary of all events processed from various sources in your CustomerLabs account. It helps you track the complete journey of processed events across multiple scenarios, including overviews of all sources, specific sources, and specific events.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Before accessing the Sources Snapshot, ensure the following conditions are met:
- You have administrative or developer access to your CustomerLabs account.
- One or more data sources (e.g., Website, Server-side, CRM) are correctly connected.
- Event tracking is active and pushing data into the platform.
To access the dashboard, follow these steps:
- Log in to your CustomerLabs account.
- Navigate to the left sidebar menu.
- Click on
Monitoring. - Select
Sources Snapshot.
Monitoring via Sources Snapshot
Section titled “Monitoring via Sources Snapshot”The Sources Snapshot interface allows you to analyze data via graphical and tabular views.
Navigation and Dashboard Views
Section titled “Navigation and Dashboard Views”-
Graphical view: Displays the total raw data ingested and the total number of events successfully processed across sources.

Tabular view: Details the raw data count, events processed, and log links for every connected source.
Detailed Source Analysis
Section titled “Detailed Source Analysis”To drill down into a specific source:
- Click the Source Name within the table, or use the Source Dropdown to select your desired source.
- The UI will update to show the total events processed for that source over your selected time range.
Event Overview and Logs
Section titled “Event Overview and Logs”The tabular view for a chosen source enlists all processed events.
- Click on any
Event Nameto open theEvent Overviewmenu. - Click the
View Logslink to inspect the raw processing logs for that specific source and event.
